1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sakan IQ platform ("Platform"), including our website at sakaniq.ae, mobile application, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Sakan IQ is operated under a DET E-Trader license (License No. 1627839) in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sakan IQ.

2. Description of Service

Sakan IQ is an AI-powered real estate investment platform that provides:

AI-driven property deal discovery, scoring, and ranking
Real-time UAE market insights and investment analytics
ROI calculator and rental yield analysis tools
Portfolio performance tracking
Personalized investment alerts and notifications
Professional investor reports

Sakan IQ provides informational and analytical tools only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or real estate advice. All investment decisions are made solely at your own risk and discretion.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable UAE laws

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately at support@sakaniq.ae if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans
Sakan IQ offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription, the details of which are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Sakan IQ to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5.3 Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable UAE consumer protection laws. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support@sakaniq.ae within 7 days of the charge.

5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes via email or in-platform notification.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, AI models, algorithms, and software, is the exclusive property of Sakan IQ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
Use the Platform's data or AI outputs for commercial purposes without written consent
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform

7. Disclaimer – Not Investment Advice

IMPORTANT: Sakan IQ is an information and analytics platform only. The content, analysis, AI recommendations, deal scores, ROI calculations, and market insights provided on the Platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute

Financial or investment advice
Real estate brokerage services
Legal or tax advice
A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any property or investment

Past performance data displayed on the Platform does not guarantee future results. All real estate investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. You should consult qualified financial, legal, and real estate professionals before making any investment decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Sakan IQ shall not be liable for:

Any investment losses or financial damages arising from use of the Platform
Inaccuracies in property data, market insights, or AI recommendations
Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability
Unauthorized access to your account or data
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for subscription services in the three months preceding the claim.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to :

Violate any applicable UAE laws or regulations
Upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms . Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
